Includes oversight of day-to-day operations in catering, cleaning, and housekeeping, ensuring compliance with BICS standards and procedures.• Assisting in auditing processes and maintaining records, controls, and performance checks for quality accomplishments in the soft services area.• Ability to calculate rewards and penalties, ensuring the contract is delivered cost-effectively.
