We are looking for a determined, stress-resistant self-starter who can quickly adapt and do everything to get the job done.Lead the logistics team offshore which consist out of marine coordination of more than 80 units on the project, mobilizations, camp & welfare, marine & island logistics, marine warranty survey, bunker survey, and lifting appointed person team members.Supervises activities related to logistical support for dredging, reclamation, rockwork and civil marine projects within deadline and budget available.Focus on company business priorities while meeting customer demands.Ensure high quality, safety and environmental standardsFamiliar with and to have clear understanding of project requirements and specifications in order to ensure that = deliverables are maintained and produced in compliance with it. Also, be able to understand the implications of criteria changes, in technical and commercial terms.Be able to manage and prioritize efficiently resources such as Engineers, Junior Engineers, Draughtsman in order to submit deliverables on timeSupervise the design, engineering and preparation for the construction of temporary heavy equipment, rock/accropode and accommodation barge jettiesResponsible for the equipment mobilization and transport from/to the islandPreparation and supervision of jetty pontoonsCoordination of fuel & water bunkering, personnel transfer and several other logistical arrangements (such as sewage, food, waste from/to and on the islandWarehouse managementAssist procurement team in ordering required equipment involved in the logistics scopeCoordination of (off)loading and sea-fastening arrangements on vesselsBe able to communicate well with all project departments and with client technical team representatives.

Oversee and manage all construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols on site, promoting a culture of safety among the workforce.Review and interpret project drawings and blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation of design specifications.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any technical issues or conflicts that may arise.Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools, ensuring their proper functioning and availability.Track and report progress of construction activities, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.Train and mentor junior construction workers, ensuring their skill development and adherence to best practices.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.Resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise among the construction team, promoting a harmonious working environment.
