· Checking invoices (logistics, freight, other commercial invoices) in accordance with signed contracts before posting in accounting system;· Financial conditions' reviewing and confirmation in logistics contracts;· Loading and posting invoices for goods purchases in accounting system;· Reconciliation warehouse balances;· Creating and posting provisions of logistics and commercial costs;· Reconciliation with Vendors and Factories;· Participation in monthly closing process;· Strong cross-functional cooperation with logistics department and other business units.

Managing client orders and entering them into the 1C system;Drafting contracts for clients;Conducting business correspondence with clients;Preparing and sending invoices to clients;Communicating with the sales, logistics, and finance departments.
