Experienced Medical Sales Representative & Specialist - Cochlear ImplantsLocation: State of KuwaitJob Summary:The Medical Sales Representative & Specialist for Cochlear Implants who is Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently, will be responsible for promoting and selling cochlear implant products to healthcare professionals, including audiologists, ENT specialists, and hospitals, governmental & private, as well as the end users (patients). Hearing Aid experience and background are also of advantage. The role involves providing technical expertise, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing the related Business Plan, and achieving targets. The specialist will also be responsible for training healthcare providers on the proper use of cochlear implant devices and staying updated on industry trends and advancements. The candidate will be willing to contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for cochlear implants to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape related to cochlear implants.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with audiologists, ENT specialists, and hospital administrators focused on cochlear implants.Provide exceptional customer service and support tailored to the needs of cochlear implant clients.
