Job description: Job Title: Accountant Location: SHARJAH, IND 17 Department: Finance / Accounts Reporting To: Finance Manager / Head of Accounts Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Working Hours: 9 am -6 pm, Monday to Saturday Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. GRN Creation and posting of GRN. Prepare inventory reconciliation periodically and pass the inventory adjustment after approval. Prepare Inventory Consumption report weekly and pass the necessary inventory adjustment entries. Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions. Maintaining Schedules for Prepaid, Employee provisions, Fixed Assets register etc. Reconcile POS transactions (Credit card, Paylink transactions ) with Daily settlement advice, bank statements and report discrepancies if any promptly. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Awareness about Labour law, VAT and Corporate tax law in UAE. Assist during internal and statutory audits. Maintain utmost confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (master’s preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems. Awareness about Labour law, VAT and Corporate tax law in UAE. Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Attributes: Experience in Printing Industry will have added advantage. Need to Join immediately or with short period.

Files receipts and tracks orders using order fulfillment software. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Performs other duties as assigned.
