Fixed Assets Controller
Job Scope:A Fixed Asset Controller will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Entire Group’s fixed assets through the proper documentation and system control.Job Duties:Accountable for the proper maintenance, recording and tracking of the entire Group’s fixed assets.Coordinate all activities relating to transfer, disposal of assets and close the write offs as required.Generate monthly depreciation and annual account for all fixed assets and reconcile the Assets Register with the Company’s Financial Ledger, on a monthly basis.Prepare the fixed assets schedule for the external audit.Track company expenditure for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget.Organize and maintain fixed asset documentations for references.Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures for the registration of fixed assets.Conduct analysis related to the fixed assets.Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Purpose:Facilitating the movement of goods across international borders and ensuring that shipments comply with customs and regulatory requirements.Job Duties:Responsible for preparing or handling documents such as Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoice, Airway Bills, Ocean Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoices, Certificate of origin, Bill of entry.Arranging customs clearance for Import & Export shipments by sea, air or land transport.Follow up the cycle for attestation of the documents from different e-portals such Dubai/ Sharjah Chambers, state department…etc..Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation, to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.Maintaining records for shipment and inventory documents to keep all records accurate and up to date.Prepares loads for shipment.Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.Stay up to date with import and export regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures in various countries.
