The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating subcontractor works, and ensuring cost control throughout all project phases.(UAE experience is mandatory.)Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed quantity take-offs for MEP & Civil worksReview drawings, specifications, and contract documentsManage cost planning, budgeting, and cost controlPrepare interim payment applications, variations, and claimsEvaluate and verify subcontractor quotations, contracts, and invoicesConduct site visits for measurement and progress verificationCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teamsSupport tendering, pricing, and bid submissionsTrack material usage, wastage, and cost deviationsEnsure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations
