The Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling premium brand of tyres to all types of customers (Dealers, Car Agencies, Endorsers etc). This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with customers and increase tyre sales in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Promotion: Promote a wide range of Premium tyres to clients in the automotive industry.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring repeat business.Market Research: Understand local tyre market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice to customers on selecting the right tyres based on vehicle type, road conditions, and budget.Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities, converting leads, and upselling where applicable.Stock Management: Monitor stock levels of tyres and other related products. Ensure timely restocking and inventory management.After-Sales Service: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and provide any necessary after-sales support.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.Customer Support: Assist customers in understanding tyre features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
