· Ensure compliance with HSE regulations (e.g., UAE Labour Law, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).· Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across the facility.· Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.· Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols among all employees and contractors.· Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.· Conduct safety inductions and ongoing training sessions for new and existing staff.· Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation including MSDS, risk assessments, permits, and training records.· Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of firefighting equipment and first aid facilities.· Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.· Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness through campaigns and toolbox talks.· Manage uniform and PPE inventory, issuance, and stock records.· Oversee visitor and equipment entry/exit to maintain security and safety protocols.· Oversee manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and attendance/leave management.· Supervise forklift operations and operators.· Lead adhesive department operations—monitor daily production, resolve issues, and ensure targets are met.· Oversee scrap storage, coordinate timely disposal with accounts to avoid congestion.Job Location - Will be based in Sharjah initially, and open to relocation to Al Ain city later

- Conducting on-line quality inspections throughout the production cycle. - Conduct all quality test activities of PVC Pipes/HDPE as per the different standards and specifications. - Monitoring the threading and slotting functions of pipe manufacturing. - Ensure quality of the products on every stages of production up to finished products. - Report to the QA Manager immediately in case of any quality discrepancies. - Perform all the tasks that may be assigned by the QA Manager from time to time.
