RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:Manufacturing Stators and Rotors for usage in oilfield directional drillingFollow procedures related to stator and rotor manufacturing processReview of the necessary manufacturing procedures frequency to be fluent and aware of the critical parameters related to the processVerify quality control checks at each manufacturing process, prior to planning or transferring the job to the next process of manufacturingSupport and participate in the Organizations Continual Improvement program and any problem-solving initiativesFollow the operating procedures (SOP) and perform the task based on the Job Hazard analysis performedOperation of overhead cranes in the movement of parts or productsSelect the required tools as per component and programmingRecord the inspection results in respective formatKnowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machinesReport any abnormalities or variations observed in the manufacturing process to the concerned partiesEnsure the tools, gauges and equipment’s used in manufacturing are maintained properlyVerify the calibration date of inspection tools, prior to inspectionDocument and maintain checklist, paper routers, or any ERP system that are in placeAssist and support in the repair work of any machine or areas in the facilityHandling of products, tubes & core at elevated temperatures by following the necessary safety proceduresFollow the house keeping as per the 5S requirementsSuggest or raise observation on any improvements, risk, safety concerns and good practicesEnsure to comply with all NOV HSE procedures and policies and maintain relevant HSE logsObserve HSE regulations, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel

Job SummarySales Engineer is responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.
