· Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.· Prepare the Structural design and drawings as per the government and Otak standards.· Conducts design checks and validation of completed structural designs as part of the QA/QC system and as required by Clients or the project.· Replies to contractors’ queries & attends meetings with client.· Prepares associated structural reports as required for the project· Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.· Direct construction, operations and maintenance of activities at project sites.· Prepare structural Design Calculation· Reviewing contractor’s shop drawings, design calculations.· Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades and elevations to guide constructions.

Oversee the construction of infrastructure, grading, landscaping, irrigation, and associated works.Manage regular site inspections, implementation plans, and supervise field staff, including site inspectors.Direct the site supervision related to landscaping, irrigation and associated works ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasksReview and comment on landscape shop drawings, design proposals, and method statements.Ensure that all project activities adhere to approved work programs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
