Job Purpose:The Audio-Visual Programmer is responsible for designing and standardizing Audio-Visualhardware and programming.Key Accountabilities:• Responsible for designing complex audio/video/control systems standards and ensureadoption through Global Offices.• Develop and implement wiring and configuration standards for all Audio-Visual systemswhile adhering to best practices.• Consultation of new and existing Audio- Video projects with feedback to the authority.• General daily routine administration of Audio-Video equipment and project locations.• Crestron programming troubleshoots, test, correct and commission.• Develop and manage operational and preventive maintenance checks for all Audio-Visual systems.• Should work on all Apple products and should provide support.• Full in-charge in designing, commissioning and to do the projection in the cinema.• Accountable to maintain the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all the work of the royal family.• Research, analyse, and recommend electronic systems improvements and enhancementsfor audio visual systems.• Perform networking troubleshooting to diagnose static and dynamic IPs.• Responsible for identifying defective or failed equipment and take ownership to resolution.• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.Qualifications • bachelor’s in computer engineeringMinimum years of experience • 5 years of similar experienceSkills and Competencies • Good communication in English• Team Player• Should handle independent projects• Certification in Crestron (Preferred)• 6 Days working

The Server Administrator will perform highly complex duties in the installation, integration, administration, maintenance and focus on E mail servers, storage and backup systems. Contributes strategic vision and serves as a top-level contributor for the complex IT Infrastructure initiativesKey Accountabilities: • Administers and supports Office 365 environment, including MS Exchange and Active Directory related functions. • Develops scripts (PowerShell, etc.) for consistent and secure execution of common administrative tasks. • Uses a programming language such as Java, PHP, Perl, JavaScript, etc. to develop IDM functionality, including such things as provisioning, password synchronization, account management and custom solutions. • Administers and configures LDAP servers and development of custom LDAP search filters/queries. • Procuring server equipment and managing subcontractors involved with server installation. • Implementation of server level policies. • Periodic maintenance of server operating system, file server, E-mail server. • Develops and maintains role-based identity management solutions. • Design, implementation, and support of all servers. • Maintains server uptime through use of various monitoring, reporting, and alerting solutions. • Works with other technical support staff to resolve user issues, schedule downtime for updates, patches, etc. • Raises issues if specifications, architecture or implementation strategies will lead to quality or system performance issues or problems. • Participates in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews and contributes to ongoing project estimates, scheduling, test plans and code reviews. • . Maintains the backup system infrastructure, improves backup system performance, and develops new enhancements and services. • Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis of the backup and storage infrastructure. • Following strict operational procedures, creating operational procedures where gaps are identified. • Perform any other duties assigned by Department Head.
