What you'll be doing We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Egypt to play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional talent. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for Chalhoub Group. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the assigned business vertical to fill all requisitions in a timely manner with high caliber talent. Lead the briefing conversation to understand hiring requirements, sourcing strategy and interview process and align on timeline according to SLAs. Provide talent attraction advice and execute talent attraction tactics to ensure Chalhoub Group brand is well placed and attracts quality talent. Effectively screen candidates in alignment with our culture and values and aligned competencies. Provide effective reporting communication to assist with briefing Hiring Managers on shortlisted talent, market insights and competitive landscape. Ensure an excellent candidate journey through all touch points of the candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to ensure best practice throughout the recruitment journey. Continually build networks and communities to source and pipeline talent. You will foster collaboration between departments. What you ll need to succeed A minimum of 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience. Fluency in English is a must. Ability to work autonomously with very good time management skill. Previous experience working with ATS tools. Previous experience of working in a Retail industry is a plus. Experience in social sourcing tools Skills and knowledge You possess a high level of emotional intelligence and positive intent. You possess excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with senior level internal and external stakeholders. You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communications. Agility demonstrated exposure to a fast-paced environment and can empathize when things pivot. You have a passion for people and an agile personality.

What you'll be doing Our Digital Marketing Senior Associate is responsible for driving the digital strategy of the business with a strong focus on local online advertising and ROI for the Brand. Key Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of the yearly digital marketing strategy; agree on action plans, initiatives and finalize the yearly campaigns calendar (in line with Global calendar) Work closely with the eCommerce Department for online campaigns Drive revenue growth across multiple countries working across display advertising, PPC, retargeting, and paid social Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising with focus on conversion and lead generation Develop strong rapport with agency partners and provide them with recommendations for optimizing performance across all channels (paid search, paid social, display) Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels Optimise the advertising campaigns strategy with focus on conversion and lead generation Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Exercise email marketing initiatives, including the calendar, creatives, segmentation, testing, optimization, and website triggers Analyse online customer knowledge and update action plan accordingly to reach defined goals (drive traffic to site, store, online sales, feedback gathering etc.) Monitor Brand s online reputation & awareness by ensuring relevant online presence and content management Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all channels What you ll need to succeed Min 3 years of Experience in Digital Marketing.
