The Hydraulic Supervisor will be responsible for supervising hydraulic teams, planning and executing hydraulic works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects in line with company standards and client requirements.Supervise and coordinate hydraulic maintenance, repair, and refurbishmentactivities.Lead projects involving:o Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs)o Pumps, motors, valves & actuatorso Cylinders, accumulators & hydraulic systemsOversee high-velocity flushing (NAS 6), oil filtration & contamination control.Supervise tube & hose fabrication, installation, crimping, pressure testing, andreplacement.Manage pressure testing, hydrostatic testing, chemical cleaning & flushingactivities.Ensure proper execution of rig reactivation and ship repair hydraulic works.Conduct job planning, manpower allocation, toolbox talks & daily progressmonitoring.Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, PTW systems, and offshore safetypractices.Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers at site and yard.Prepare job reports, test records, and handover documentation.
