Sales Engineer
Product Knowledge and Expertise:Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide accurate and current information to clients.2. Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.3. Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals.Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.4. Technical Support and Consultation:Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.Work closely with the engineering team to address client concerns and provide solutions.5. Proposal and Quotation Preparation:Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.Ensure that proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.6. Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.Work towards closing deals and achieving sales targets.7. Post-Sales Support:Ensure successful delivery and implementation of products or services.Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.8. Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical issues.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.9.
