· Supervise the entire legal department on the daily ongoing tasks· Ensure Sessions/ Client updates accurately sent as per the schedule· Coordinate on Session attendance and documentation with clients· Position requires polite yet direct and confident approach with clients· Provide administrative support for our legal department.· Timely communication and follow ups with the existing clients.· Guiding and supporting all departments on legal concerns.· Coordinating with various legal entities regarding legal matters through internal legal department.· Drafting, Reviewing and Updating all necessary Documents, Contracts etc.· Case studies and comprehensive understanding of the legal concern of clients· Communicating legal concerns with the Legal director thoroughly and fetching quotation· Assisting and following up with the accounts team on quotations· Assisting the legal team for any payments related to the client cases after acquiring confirmation from the accounts team.· Keeping a firm check on each staff on their due tasks and setting up reminders.· Attending calls professionally with the prospective clients and converting them· Keeping a track and follow up record for all the lead calls· Responding timely to any new inquiries via email / Whatsapp medium· Reviewing the ongoing tasks of team, including any submissions to ensure accuracy of the work done· Creating & Maintaining Database of Prospective clients.· Set up Meetings with potential clients virtually or in-person and attend with the legal advisor.· Gather feedback from clients & share with internal teams .· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
