Answering customer calls and inquiries accurately.Providing correct information and guiding the caller to the appropriate procedure (whether it’s a request, complaint, inquiry, etc.).Transferring cases to the relevant departments if necessary.Recording caller notes and following up on inquiries when needed.Adhering to the authority’s policies, procedures, and workflows.Using professional and polite language in communication.Reporting frequent inquiries or common issues.Suggesting improvements or ideas to enhance service quality.

Raising Awareness and Providing Guidance: Observe and guide students on behavioral aspects during daily tours of the campus and its facilities.Controlling Behavioral Violations: Manage student behavioral issues on campus and refer them to the appropriate authority.Monitoring During Activities and Events: Oversee student behavior during daily activities and events on campus.Handling Complaints and Suggestions: Receive and forward student complaints, observations, and suggestions to the relevant authority.Proposing Policy Updates: Suggest updates to the policies and procedures governing student conduct on campus.Daily Progress Reporting: Compile and submit daily progress report

Follow up on all movements and tasks within the housing, includingtransportation and allocation of housing unitsDealing with violations of housing laws and submitting reports ifnecessarySupervising the application of the laws, regulations, and instructions forhousing unitsMonitor maintenance operations and communicate with departmentsand service providersCarrying out any other work related to the nature of the work uponassignmentAbility to work and communicate with a wide range of communitygroups, such as students, parents and administratorsStudent supervision and follow-up skillsAbility to establish effective relationships with student and staffComputer Application Skills
