We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the Audio-Visual or Events industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships in the AV rentals, event production, and live experience sectors.You will work closely with event planners, corporate clients, agencies, and internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored AV and event solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the audio-visual, event production, and live event markets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, marketing agencies, hotels, and venues.Respond to incoming leads and inquiries, conduct client meetings, and present customized AV/event solutions.Collaborate with the project and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and detailed project scopes.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand the client base.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools.Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements, market conditions, and service improvementBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in the AV, events, or experiential marketing industry.Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, event production services, and industry-standard technologies.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
