Business Development & Sales- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.- Engage with potential clients through meetings, networking, and targeted outreach, including cold calling where necessary.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, collectors, private clients, interior designers, and industry partners.- Conduct market analysis and client profiling to identify new business opportunities.- Present tailored art solutions and advisory services that align with the unique needs of both businesses and individuals.- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.Leadership & Team Management- Manage a small team, ensuring focus, efficiency, mentorship, and alignment with business objectives.Quality Assurance & Art Approval- Oversee the final sign-off on all artworks to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.- Ensure all pieces align with client expectations and uphold artistic integrity.- Conduct periodic production check-ins to monitor progress, identify any potential quality concerns, and maintain high production standards.- Possess a keen eye for detail to spot discrepancies and ensure excellence in all delivered works.Client Engagement & Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering expert insights and strategic recommendations.- Develop and nurture partnerships that drive long-term value for both the business and its clients.- Ensure an exceptional client experience, from initial consultation to post-sale support.Business Expansion & Operational Oversight- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the art market to enhance our offerings.- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects and transactions.- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
