Position: Real Estate Admin Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: • Manage and organize property listings across various platforms. • Follow up with potential clients and update the database regularly. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow. • Prepare weekly reports on property performance and client activity. • Prepare and manage contracts accurately. • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone. • Maintain and update the client and property database. • Prepare property presentations and ensure accuracy before publishing. • Monitor payments and deposits, ensuring all client financial documents are complete. • Schedule meetings and appointments between clients and the sales team. • Assist in preparing presentations and monthly reports. • Verify legal and ownership information of properties before listing. • Monitor and analyze digital ad performance to optimize results. • Assist in organizing events or property viewings for clients if needed. Requirements: • Previous experience in real estate administration or related administrative work. • Strong skills in CRM software and Excel. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Preferred: Experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media.
