We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our growing online

fashion business specializing in jalabiyas and abayas. This role is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce operations who is eager to take ownership of multiple responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing - Manage and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.

2. Inventory Management - Track stock levels, ensure timely restocking, and maintain product records.

3. Stock Updates - Update product availability across our website and marketplaces.

4. Marketplace Coordination - List and manage products on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces.

5. Customer Service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related queries.

6. Basic Accounting - Manage invoices, transaction records, and daily sales tracking.

7. Excel Sheets - Maintain records and reports using Excel.


Additional Duties as We Expand:

1. Managing logistics and shipments

2. Analyzing sales performance and stock movement

3. Assisting in social media and promotional activities


Requirements:

1. Experience: 1+ years in e-commerce operations, retail, or logistics (preferred but not mandatory)

2. Skills: Basic accounting, Excel, customer service, and inventory management

3. Languages: English (required), Arabic (a plus)

4. Availability: Ready to start immediately
