Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and ensure timely payments (Accounts Payable).
Prepare and issue accommodation-related invoices (room rent, laundry, inventory, utilities, etc.) and monitor collections (Accounts Receivable).
Record and control company expenses with proper documentation and cost allocation.
Handle petty cash management, disbursements, and periodic reconciliation.
Oversee repair and maintenance expenses, including vendor coordination and cost tracking.
Manage workers’ affairs (visa processing, payroll inputs, documentation) and labor camp administration in compliance with UAE regulations.
