  • Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and ensure timely payments (Accounts Payable).

  • Prepare and issue accommodation-related invoices (room rent, laundry, inventory, utilities, etc.) and monitor collections (Accounts Receivable).

  • Record and control company expenses with proper documentation and cost allocation.

  • Handle petty cash management, disbursements, and periodic reconciliation.

  • Oversee repair and maintenance expenses, including vendor coordination and cost tracking.

  • Manage workers’ affairs (visa processing, payroll inputs, documentation) and labor camp administration in compliance with UAE regulations.
