We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Administration Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role combines accounting responsibilities with general office administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties: Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Administrative Duties:
Handle general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software (Tally) and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
