A. Accounts & Finance
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and transaction entries.
Prepare monthly expense reports, cash flow summaries, and financial statements.
Follow up on outstanding client invoices and coordinate with the collections team.
Monitor and manage petty cash and office expenses.
Support external audits and liaise with the company's accountant/auditor.
Handle VAT filing and ensure tax compliance as per Saudi regulations.
B. Administration & PRO
Handle all office administration including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Manage employee-related government processes — Iqama renewals, GOSI registration, Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa portal tasks.
Act as the company's Public Relations Officer (PRO) with government departments.
Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and employee onboarding documentation.
Maintain and organize all company and employee records.
Manage employee ticket bookings, hotel arrangements, and travel coordination.
Handle vendor contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Support day-to-day HR admin tasks as required.
