  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including quotation requests from Suppliers, coordinating technical requirements, and managing tender document files.
  • Collaborate with the Tender department for technical documentation and submission.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of tender submissions and deadline.
  • Facilitate tasks such as obtaining quotations, managing technical documents and pre-qualifications, and communicating with suppliers/subcontractors as needed.
  • Support project managers and team in coordinating commercial documents, quotation updates, and overall tender documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all administrative paperwork is up to date and compliant with company standards.
