Core Responsibilities
§ Support in the SAP project document reviews and process testing, including providing necessary feedback to the SAP consultants, following up, and closing the remarks.
§ Create, Review, and implement test case scenarios in SAP
§ Assist in preparing the blueprint according to findings and coordination with SAP team.
§ Train the existing team members on SAP and any new developments.
§ Receiving phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
§ Maintains office system, organizing, storing of paperwork, documents and computer-based information - filing of employee files and screening of documents and other related matters.
§ Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
§ Responsible for all employee matters that need follow-up be it within the department or outside companies (e.g. tailoring company, Purchasing and HR Dept.)
§ Assisting with the department’s payroll, including attendance checking and its timely submission to HR.
§ Ordering and maintaining stationery and kitchen items for Management Office, ensuring availability as required.
§ Preparing LPRs as required and necessary.
§ Sorting and distributing incoming documents, organizing and sending outgoing documents to different locations respectively.
§ Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
§ Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
§ Handles uniform issuance to staff.
§ Undertake additional responsibility as required.
