  • Maintain and update reports and records for domestic workers.
  • Take meeting notes and minutes when required.
  • Answer internal and external queries about domestic workers.
  • Update and maintain information in the ERP system.
  • Handle domestic worker contracts: receive, sort, prepare, and archive.
  • Print, scan, and photocopy documents as needed.
  • Track and record attendance for all domestic workers.
  • Be the main point of contact for domestic workers needing office support.
  • Provide assistance to domestic workers facing challenges, such as abuse, complaints, or grievances.
