  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage databases and maintain records.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and outside organizations.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
