Administrative Support: Responsible for daily office administrative work, including file management, record keeping, office equipment maintenance, etc.

Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and managing senior management's schedules.

Communications Management: Handles phone calls and emails to ensure messages are conveyed in a timely manner.

Document Handling: Draft, edit and organize documents, reports and forms.

Customer Service: Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Support the Team: Collaborate with other departments to support the smooth running of team projects and activities.
