The Administrative Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the organization, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and supporting administrative tasks. This role ensures a professional and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and guests.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Support administrative tasks for HR, finance, or other departments as assigned.
- Handle inquiries efficiently and redirect as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with visitor sign-in and security procedures.
