Minimum 5 years site experience (not office/design)
Proven hands-on work in:
Copper piping (cutting, flaring, brazing)
Nitrogen testing & vacuuming
VRF system installation & commissioning
Ability to read and execute drawings independently
Experience working on real projects (not training only)
