To drive and optimize the agency’s revenue through strategic pricing, yield management, data analysis, and proactive coordination with suppliers, sales, and marketing teams. The Senior Revenue Executive will play a key role in ensuring profitability, maximizing load factors, and identifying growth opportunities across all product lines.


Revenue Management:

  • Monitor daily sales and revenue performance across all channels.
  • Implement pricing strategies and adjust fares and markups to maximize yield.
  • Track and analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and demand forecasting.
  • Recommend and apply inventory controls and restrictions where necessary.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare revenue and sales reports for management review.
  • Analyze booking trends and provide insights to improve route/package performance.
  • Identify underperforming areas and propose corrective actions.

Supplier Coordination:

  • Liaise with airline, hotel, and GDS partners to negotiate better deals, incentives, and allocations.
  • Optimize fare/fare-filing, commissions, and promotional campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue goals and promotional activities.
  • Provide training or guidance to junior staff on revenue tools or systems when required.

Technology & Tools:

  • Use GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) to manage fare loading and monitoring.
  • Utilize internal CRM, booking, and revenue management systems effectively.
  • Support automation and tools to improve pricing and efficiency.
