Job Title:

Architect Engineer with QS Experience

Job Summary:

The Architect Engineer with Quantity Surveying experience will manage all aspects of architectural design, project planning, and cost estimation. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and technical expertise in quantity surveying to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage architectural designs and plans for various construction projects.

· Ability to review consultant architectural structure drawings to identify design mistakes, overestimations, or underestimations.

· Arrange online or on-site meetings with the client to explain or clarify the comments provided in the structure.

· Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.

· Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.

· Monitor project progress, costs, and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to the project manager.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

· Provide technical support and guidance to clients & team throughout the project lifecycle.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures to minimize financial risks.

· Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for tendering and procurement. (optional)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Professional certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., MRICS, CIQS) is highly desirable.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and quantity surveying.

· Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and quantity surveying software.

· Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations in the UAE.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay:

AED 5,000.00 – AED 6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Architect Engineer & Quantity Surveyors: 5 years (Required)

Driving License (Required)

Own Vehicle (Required)

Must be Arabic & English (Read & Write)
