Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs that align with project briefs and client expectations.
Refine designs from concept through to Issued for Construction (IFC) stage, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and internal design standards.
Prepare and deliver high-quality architectural drawings, technical documentation, layouts, and reports.
Create compelling mood boards, concept presentations, and detailed design packages for internal and external presentations.
Cross-disciplinary Collaboration
Coordinate with in-house Master Planning, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, Façade, and BIM teams to ensure seamless integration across all project disciplines.
Lead design reviews and resolve technical or coordination-related challenges during the design process.
Monitor and manage deliverables to meet deadlines and maintain design quality throughout the design development phase.
Regulatory & Technical Oversight
Ensure design submissions are aligned with authority guidelines and approval processes.
Experience in submissions to local UAE authorities—experience with UAQ authorities is a plus.
Maintain a thorough understanding of construction detailing and material specifications relevant to high-rise and residential projects.
