Project & Design Management
Manage architectural projects through all stages: concept, schematic, detailed design, authority approvals, construction, and handover.
Develop and monitor project programs, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure design intent, quality, and compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants to achieve integrated design solutions.
2. Authority Submissions & Approvals
Lead and manage submissions to Relevant Authorities, including: Dubai Development Authority (DDA) Dubai Municipality (DM) Trakhees UAE Civil Defense Master Developers and other statutory authorities
Prepare, review, and submit architectural drawings, documents, and forms for: Concept and Schematic Design Approvals Detailed Design / Building Permit Approvals NOCs and Construction Permits Completion Certificates and As-Built Submissions
Coordinate responses to authority comments and ensure timely resubmissions and approvals.
Maintain submission trackers and approval records.
3. Technical & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all architectural deliverables comply with UAE codes, authority regulations, and project requirements.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and reports prior to issue.
Coordinate authority-approved drawings with construction documentation.
4. Construction Phase Support
Review and respond to RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Support resolution of site issues and coordination with contractors.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and supervise architectural teams, including allocation of tasks and monitoring performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen.
Coordinate internal QA/QC reviews prior to submissions.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients on architectural matters.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and design submissions.
Manage client expectations in line with authority and contractual requirements.
7. Contract & Documentation Management
Review scope of services, fee schedules, and deliverables related to architectural works.
Support tender documentation, contractor evaluations, and value engineering proposals.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and consultancy standards.
