- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent for fit-out projects.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve design or construction issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, site instructions, and variation orders.
- Supervise and inspect installation works including partitions, ceilings, finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
- Collaborate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications.
- Assist in project planning, cost control, and resource allocation from the contractors perspective.
