To support the Cost Management team, taking responsibility for allocated tasks.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector.
Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities.
Professional approach and confident in your ability to add value to our team.
Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment.
Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Measurement of building works.
