- Manage end-to-end procurement for HVAC components, especially AHUs and FCUs.
- Source reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for quality products and timely delivery.
- Evaluate technical specifications and ensure material compliance with project and client requirements.
- Review and process purchase requisitions in coordination with project, design, and engineering teams.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance regularly.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and quality control for material receipt and inspection.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of procurement activities, including pricing, lead times, and contracts.
- Provide timely reports and updates to management regarding purchasing performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and industry standards.
