1. Checking all incoming LPO's.

2. Making sales invoices.

3. Arranging deliveries.

4. Checking the items below re-order level & maintaining reservation of Stock.

5. Preparing Export and L/C Documents.

6. Filing all the Sales related papers.

7. To make Bill of Entry and to submit to Customs department.

8. Making Gatepass for outgoing, in and out entry in our internal register for customs, submission of weekly Gatepass etc.

9. Any other work advised from time to time related to Sales and Customs formality requirement.
