Manage a full spectrum of HR management, including Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment and Selection, Annual Performance Review, Staff Relationship and Engagements, etc
Handle assignments and temporary work permits through the Ajeer portal, ensuring full legal compliance for short-term workforce needs.
Oversee processes on other government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, HRSD, Taqat, Chamber of Commerce, Balady, etc.
Coordinate with the PRO/Government Relations team for visa issuance, Iqama processing, and sponsorship transfers.
Prepare and administer expatriate package and relocation program to overseas offices and project sites ;
Full control of HR database through system by managing in/out employee information and payroll administration;
Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the human resource and workplace relations activities within the organization;
Consolidate and submit regular and ad hoc reports required by corporate.
