We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales and Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing event management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role demands someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about the events industry and B2B client servicing.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Sourcing and Management
- Source decision-maker contacts (HR/Marketing heads) from platforms like LinkedIn, Google, company directories, and personal networks.
- Maintain and regularly update the internal database of leads and prospects.
Profile Management & Event Briefing
- Keep the company’s profile updated across client/vendor portals (government and private).
- Attend client briefing meetings and thoroughly understand the event objectives.
- Relay detailed debriefs to internal operations teams ensuring alignment and clarity.
Sales Meetings & Lead Conversion
- Research and prepare for sales meetings using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Conduct structured meetings to:
- Understand the client’s event ecosystem and decision-making process.
- Position the company as the ideal partner for their events.
- Generate business opportunities for corporate and brand events.
Commercial Proposals & Project Profitability
- Collaborate with the operations team to build competitive proposals that align with profit goals.
- Review project P&Ls and Campaign Wrap-Up (CWU) reports to ensure profitability tracking.
Marketing Initiatives
- Assist in developing and maintaining sales and marketing collaterals including the company profile, website, and social media assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure updated materials collaterals are shared with current and potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the events, media, or advertising industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a bonus).
- Strong research and data mining skills using LinkedIn, Google, and directories.
- Familiarity with client/vendor registration portals (government and private).
- Proficiency in preparing decks and proposals using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
