The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cutting, styling, coloring, and providing top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hairdressing services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the salon’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional haircuts, styling, and treatments for male clients, ensuring that each service is tailored to the client’s needs and preferences. Perform hair coloring, highlights, and other color-related services with precision. Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and hair care products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Offer personalized haircare advice to clients and recommend appropriate products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Ensure high levels of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality. Adhere to health and safety standards within the salon. Participate in salon events, training, and professional development activities. Requirements: Must have regular client. Minimum 5 to 8+ years of proven experience as a Male Hairdresser. Excellent skills in men’s haircuts, beard grooming, and hairstyling techniques. Strong knowledge of hair color applications and treatments. Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Passion for hairdressing and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest trends. Ability to work under pressure in a busy salon environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proven experience in providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of health and safety protocols in the salon industry. UAE-based salon experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
