- Sales & Targets: Drive sales by promoting our products, upselling, and hitting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards for coffee quality and presentation, ensuring that every cup served meets our brand’s standards.
- Learning & Development: Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, continuously improving your skills and sharing your knowledge with the team.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure the café is always well-stocked.
