Role Summary:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving new revenue by managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to signed contract. This role requires strong execution, consistency, and a results-driven mindset. Specialists are expected to learn quickly, close deals efficiently, and contribute to building a scalable and high-performing sales engine.

Key Responsibilities
New Revenue Generation
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals
Carry an individual revenue target and consistently deliver against it
Pipeline Management
Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot
Follow qualification frameworks and internal deal approval processes
Ensure clear communication ownership before progressing deals
Learning and Development
Shadow senior team members on larger and more complex deals
Continuously improve discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
Actively absorb coaching and feedback with the goal of rapid progression
Collaboration
Work closely with Supply Partnerships to align client needs with available buildings
Support a smooth handover to Account Management after deal closure
