Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for LV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and ELV systems.

Conduct clash detection with mechanical and structural models; coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

Extract electrical drawings, panel schedules, and cable schedules from Revit models.

Maintain model to project LOD requirements and BIM Execution Plan standards.

Support design team with model-based quantity extraction for procurement.

Participate in federated model coordination sessions with MEP and structural teams.
