Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role

Demonstrate a solid understanding of BMS programming, testing, and commissioning tools.

Conduct system pre-commissioning and point-to-point testing to ensure system integrity and performance.

Perform comprehensive site testing and commissioning of BMS systems, including standalone testing, sequence testing, and graphics demonstration.

Manage and document inspections and IR tasks on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot graphics within the BMS to enhance system monitoring and control.

Collaborate with project teams to review design specifications and ensure BMS systems meet operational requirements.

Conduct system integration testing to ensure interoperability with other building systems.

Provide technical support and guidance during system startup and handover phases.

Identify and resolve system faults, discrepancies, and performance issues.

Document all testing and commissioning activities, including detailed reports and recommendations for system improvements.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards during all testing and commissioning activities.
