Duties and Responsibilities

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients and working towards meeting set targets.
  • Build and use your network to identify new opportunities.
  • Continuously seek and execute opportunities to further grow the base of B2B. Research on new prospects and cold-calls on businesses and organizations
  • Understand the Customer needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Researching organizations and potential managers (especially on Digital Media Channels) to identify new leads, potential new markets; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new acquisitions with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials.
  • Responsible for generating business for the full range of advertising by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Manages, enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into CRM database.
  • Regularly follows up on inbound leads and Business inquiries.
  • Responds to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details, by phone/meeting and email
  • Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to Acquisitions
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Keen eye for detail and have distinguished competency in the field of advertising sales from the media sector
  • Willing to travel to Abu-Dhabi for Business Development Meetings.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
  • Preparing presentations and sales displays, conduct physical surveys
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Assist in deal making and signing contracts with suppliers and businesses
  • Work with teams and subcontractors to ensure everyone understands the project ‘end-goal’, to ensure delivery to the client on time and within agreed budgets.
