We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (1–3 Years Experience)

About the Role:
Pro Millennium Group is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore). If you have a strong background in client handling, sales, and business consultation, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into successful clients
• Provide expert consultation on Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore company setup
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Coordinate with internal departments and government entities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in business setup or consultancy in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of free zones, DED, and offshore company formation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
