Experience
•Identify, solicit, and convert sales opportunities for the company’s products and services in Qatar.
•Submit timely, competitive, and compliant quotations to meet agreed commercial objectives on revenue, margin, and risk.
• Work closely with the UAE Regional Sales Director in concluding sales, ensuring compliance with company’s commercial policies (margins, payment terms, delivery conditions).
• Manage day-to-day customer interactions and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Coordinate with UAE-based Shared Service Centre and Customer Service Specialists for quotations and order management.
• Escalate and collaborate with Regional Sales Director and Operations Director for largescale, high-value, or complex proposals.
• Support strategic initiatives to grow and diversify the customer base in Qatar.
• Maintain strong market intelligence about the aviation industry in Qatar to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Ensure structured and regular customer visits within Qatar, promoting the company’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with UAE headquarters to resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges.
• Expedite customer payments and resolve financial queries in coordination with the Finance team.
• Meet performance targets as set by the UAE Regional Sales Director.
