- The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1-3 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the turnkey and interior works sector, commercial real estate, event management or construction.
- Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
